Q: I just purchased a DVD, when will I get it?

A: All of our orders are shipped via Priority Mail so you should see your order arrive within 3 to 5 business days. Our shipping schedule is
as follows: orders received by noon central time, Mon. - Fri., are shipped the same day. Orders placed after noon central time are shipped
the next business day and orders placed on Sat. and Sun. are shipped the following Monday.

Q: I'm concerned about my privacy, what will appear on the shipping label to my DVD order?

A: We at CandyGirl Video value our customer's privacy just like our own. When placing an order with us, our shipping

Q: I purchased a DVD and it's defective, can I return it?

A: If you feel like you have a received a defective DVD, try to play it on more than one DVD
player. If it still wont play, then just email us explaining the problem and we will be glad to send you a replacement for free. All sales are final,
but we will exchange a defective DVD for the exact same title, no questions asked. Please note that anyone we believe to be abusing this policy
will be banned from ever receiving free replacement DVDs.

Q: Are your DVDs really DVDs or are they cheap homemade DVD-Rs?

A: All of our DVDs are real DVDs, not DVD-Rs burned from a computer. Our DVDs are digitally mastered at our editing studio to DLT tapes.
The DLT tapes are then sent to a manufacturing facility in Los Angeles for replication. A glass master is made from the DLT tapes that is then
used to press thousands of copies. This is the same technique used to create DVDs of motion pictures and television shows. We also go a step
further by having our audio mastered in fully Licensed Dolby Digital sound. Also, our picture quality is of the highest quality because our DVDs
are encoded at the highest bit rates currently allowed for DVD players.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We have discovered a bootlegger in NY who was selling fake, inferior DVD-R versions
of our DVDs on ebay and Amazon. If you find a low cost version of our DVDs on the net claiming to be new (or even used
for that matter) chances are they're bootlegs. If you purchase one of our DVDs from an online retailer and believe it
to be a bootleg, please contact us and let us know because ultimately they hurt our site from growing and they're stealing from us.

Q: Do you ship outside the USA?

A: Sorry, but we do not. We don't because there are so many restrictions in place in several countries regarding the ban of such DVDs as ours
(meaning full nudity is illegal in several countries such as Japan, for example). The good news is that you can purchase our content by either
visiting our Download Store or our Video On Demand Store. That way, you can purchase and simply download our content instantly!

Q: I need some help with purchases I made on your Download Store and Video On Demand Store, can you help me?!

A: Sorry, but we can't help you with problems that may arise from using our Download Store and Video On Demand Store. The reason is because
